GoodShell

Goodshell is a vessel for small plates like sushi or gyoza which can be used during high-end dining experiences. Using a cork shell and fruit leather lining, Goodshell keeps food insulated and protected for longer journeys encouraging slower living and more purposeful dining. Sushi containers are typically made of generic plastic containers that have no insulating properties. These single use plastic containers contribute heavily to long-term landfill pollution. Goodshell makes dining out a more pleasurable experience with biodegradable materials that have greater form & function.
